me: i'd like a 2.6 AMD can i collect the parts for my PC today?
Abbas: definitely sir.  you can come now

Hhaaha....I fooled them. and i fooled them jolly well :D....great. Everythings settled now. my computer is working fine.

From the Fire into the frying pan. Burn P4 burn

My P4 chip and motherboard got fried. I knew this was inevitable with the unstable voltage at home, but I was hoping this didn't happen this soon. I'm one month away from my FYP deadline and this happens.....argghhh. "Don't you wolly pal" Sampath said and we headed off to Unity and bought an AMD 2.4GHz. It was working well but still having minor probs for about a week and I realized it had to be overclocked to achive max performance. I overclocked it and alas!! the my new chip got fried too. Since I had my warrenty I managed to get the chip replaced. After fixing up everything I had to format the HD but when I tried to install the OS I realized my CD RW drive isn't working well...dang!!! this sux.

Feels like I'm loosing my best friend

Taniya's party was a blast. The music rocked, the people where happening and lots of people ended up in the Jacuzzi, including Randi(evil grin). But it ended up with everyone in a sulky mood. Why?? well because Tharindu and a few pals of his dropped in but were chased out by Taniya's dad. His reasons for not letting tharindu was pretty lousy, he said thar was too old, but Tharindu and his buds were all younger than me. I guess he didn't like them coz they were smelling of booze and one of his friends went like "where's the chix??? where's the chix???" Not only did the party end after that, but upto now Thar still hasn't spoken to me, on the party night he just said how mad he was for me calling him and that this was the 1st time he'd been kicked out of a party. Seems like he's angry with me for good, like Nish. O why O why??? You try to share your fun with someone else and this is what happens.
Anyways he'll be going to US next year so we're going to loose touch either way. All my good friends leave SL and then we gradualy loose touch :(...Vidura, Harith, Sanka .....and now Tharindi. Hmmpphhh!!!!It'll save me the sorrow off bidding good bye anyway.
